Featured Project
Aureus was engaged to support a multi-facility client responsible for managing over 25 federally regulated water and wastewater systems across Canada. The challenge was the lack of clear, standardized procedures for site staff, which posed risks to compliance, safety, and operational consistency. To address this, Aureus conducted site visits and collaborated directly with operators to develop over 120 site-specific SOPs, covering everything from daily operations and maintenance to emergency response. Each procedure was designed to reflect real on-site practices, using plain language, photos, and step-by-step instructions tailored to the unique equipment and layouts of each facility. The final deliverables were provided in accessible formats—including mobile-friendly versions and YouTube-style videos—to support onboarding, knowledge retention, and day-to-day reference. As a result, the client significantly improved staff confidence, reduced operational errors, and ensured continuity of operations across all sites.
